The Russian Federation has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Cadastre Development Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services. The services include creation of the automated info system "Real Estate market Info" which is to allow solving the following tasks:
1. Automated collection, processing, storage, actual level supporting of the real estate market data.
2. Analyzing info on real estate market and solving analytical tasks in the interests of the real estate market development and improvement real estate management.
3. Providing real estate market data to the participants to the real estate market (individuals and legal entities, state authorities and local governments' bodies) on the Federal and the Subjects' of the Russian Federation level, including access to the data via Internet - portal.
Implementation of this assignment is to be performed throughout all the Russian Federation territory.
The implementation period is estimated to be 25 months.
The Federal Center for Project Finance acting as a Project Implementation Unit on behalf of the Federal Real Estate Cadastre Agency now invites eligible consultants to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.). Consultants may associate to enhance their qualifications.
A consultant will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the World Bank's Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants by World Bank Borrowers (May 2004).

Expressions of interest must be delivered to the address below by June 5, 2006.
