The Russian Federation has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Cadastre Development Project, and intends to apply a part of the proceeds for consulting services. The services include the following.
The main purpose of this Contract is drafting the project-normative documents in the area of:
The developed drafts of the normative-technical legal documents will create conditions for simplifying the real estate turnover, increasing capitalization of the land market and other immovable property by involving into the turnover of a greater number of the real estate objects, as well as stimulating the investment activity on the real estate market to meet requirements of the society and citizens.
The implementation period is estimated to be 24 months.
The Federal Center for Project Finance acting as a Project Implementation Unit on behalf of the Federal Real Estate Cadastre Agency now invites eligible consultants to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.). A consultant will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the World Bank's Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants by World Bank Borrowers (May 2004).
